    Yes, most of our pieces are made to order so we are happy to make any custom length for you in any of our earrings, bracelets, hand chains or necklaces. Just email us your request at ianneci@ianneci.com.
  • Where is your collection made?
    Our collection is handcrafted in Chicago, IL.
  • How should I care for my jewelry?
    We recommend that you keep your jewelry away from water and chemicals; remove during physical activities, store flat in a soft pouch or jewelry box. Use micro-fiber jewelry cloth to shine up your jewelry.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    All orders that ship within the U.S. are free shipping. If you're looking to purchase an item and want to ship overseas, please contact us for shipping rates at ianneci@ianneci.com.
  • Can you split ship an order?
    Yes, we can split ship an order for you. In the notes on the order, please specify which piece you'd like to be sent where or feel free to email us at ianneci@ianneci.com.
  • I have a charm that I'd like to put on a chain, can you help me with this?"
    Yes! We'd love to help you add your charm to a chain. We offer multiple lengths and styles of chains. Email us at ianneci@ianneci.com for pricing.
  • What are the materials that you use in your collection?
    Our collection is made up of 14K gold-filled, 14K rose gold-filled, Sterling Silver, Swarovski pearls, Swarovski crystals, various stones, glass beads, 100% Cotton thread, Shells, Vintage Levi's Denim and other seasonal materials that vary from piece to piece.
  • Do you do jewelry repairs?
    Yes, we will fix any Ianneci jewelry piece you have. Just email us at ianneci@ianneci.com.
  • Does your jewelry contain lead & nickel?
    All of our jewelry is lead and nickel free.
  • Do you do one on one appointments?
    Yes, we do one on one zoom appointments with client who want to see the collection in person. If you'd like to set up a zoom appointment, please email us at ianneci@ianneci.com.
  • What shipping method do you use?
    All of our orders ship First Class via USPS. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.
